It appears that staff are unaware that customers were advised by Telkom that they should ask to have their ADSL line locked to our ADSL account once we have applied for the new Post Paid option. After waiting ages for assistance the staff deliberately cut me off twice this morning when I requested that option.
Plus since January our connections have been extremely slow so I feel those that have paid extra for fast lines should be credited.
The only thing that keeps me with Telkom is the Technical staff who do their upmost to help when a technical problem happens.
