I have requested for someone to give me a call instead i received an sms. i have to buy a new sim card to active BIS AS I NEED IT. i have requested a termination and was informed that my contract would be terminated and an amount was given to me telephonically that would have gone off my credit card, NOTE THAT TERMINATION WAS CONFIRMED. Instead im on anytime 200 and also an incorrect amount went off thats the reason why i reversed it. This is affect my credit scoring and need ir resolved asap. Can I receive a call please?!
