My Contract with Vodacom expires on 31st March of this year. Services were only supplied up to 31 January. I was contacted by agents wanting to upgrade my account, but I stated that I would rather be a prepaid customer. After which they discontinued my BIS service on my phone. After numerous complaints, the service was re-instated on the 15th of Feb, but now they deducted an extra amount for that service. If they do that to everybody that does not want an upgrade, that is a bad business attitude.
I was ensured by the last of about 15 persons that I spoke to, that she can see that the contract only expires in March, and that the contract on the BIS service was for the 24 months as well - and that she re-instates the service for me for free (Because it is part of my existing contract) - but now my bank account is debited by an extra R60 over and above the contract amount???
