I had been trying to get Autopage to return my number and re-instate my service since the 28th Dec. due to an error on their part. Despite several attempts, I had no success until I logged a complaint on Hello Peter. I was contacted then and promised that the situation will be rectified. Once again it is almost 5 days since I was contacted by autopage and still I do not have the use of my cell. Its a classic example of incompetence and extremely poor customer service. Im disgusted at how you handle yout customers Despite the nice words and promises it all boils down to and incompetence. I had to explain why I was not contactable during the holidays as I was on standby to my employer. I was unable to receive calls or pass good wishes to my friends and family over the New Year. I had placed an ad in the paper and probably lost many would-be callers due to my phone being out of order. I was due to receive a call from a friend who was in SA and who I had not seen for 25years. How will Autopage even begin to re-imburse me for all of this. Does Autopage even care how their incompetence affects the lives of their customers. "Sorry" is far too little. Someone must pay a price for this
