If you are billed for itemised billing and you don't receive an invoice or statement for 3 months should you be paying for it? I am at wits end with this company that make promises and keep telling me what went wrong without really solving my problem.
I have not received a statement for the last 3 months and all they can do is log complaints and promise to send it to me. Twice i received summaries in a format other than that for which i pay. As soon as my contract is over i will be leaving them. Unfortunately my wife renewed her contract in November, since it is linked to the same bill i will investigate the possibility of canning that based on contract break on their part.
I will make a point of it to spread the word as this is not the 1st time that this company have proved to be incompetent.
