Incorrect information giving to custome

I called up to get a new line and adsl for my home, i inquired price on 1mb uncapped package and person on phone told me they have it on promotion for x price, i confirmed and asked are you sure and they were like yes, that includes line rental, 1mb uncapped adsl, i say wow i will take that, then they say its subject to 24 month contract i say at that price no problem, when i get my bill its none of the above, i called in to call centre and i was told there is no such thing, i requested a manager to call me which up until today i didnt get any feedback, i also requested for the recording of the sales call, still no feedback, once again telkom is proving why they are the worst at what they do and think they can do whatever they want. i will be taking this further as i agreed to a contract where i was giving incorrect information,
