Change over of contract name

I would like to change my phone contract from my ex-husband's business name to my own. I have paid the bill myself for the past 8 years but every time I want to upgrade, I need my ex-husband's written permission. I sent the required documentation to [Email Removed] and received a ref no: REQ1079791. However the form they sent me was unsuitable for my purposes. I replied to that effect but got no response. I went into a branch (Nicolway) and gave them all documentation, including a letter from my ex-husband on business letter head and was assured it would be sorted out. 6 months later I have had no joy. Phoning customer services yields absolutely nothing - apparently, the query has been 'logged'and will be dealt with. How long must I wait? Another 6 months?!
