A year ago, a very friendly guy called me to sell me this wonderful package from 8ta, he was good, so I agreed. When it was time for delivery, I waited and waited until I gave up. NEVER got the phone. a year later, I get the above e-mail to use my airtime to call these collectors who are rude. I told them I never recieved this phone and dont have a contract as I never received nothing from 8ta. AND NOW, I am expected to go to the police station, get an affidavit, come back, fax it with my ID to have this sorted out OR ELSE I will be blacklisted. Where do I get the time??? I work!!! I refuse! I will be logging a case with the NCR and the Ombudsman against 8ta and their collectors for the activity. If I have had this contract all this time, why did I never have a debit order or why did I never get a call? Am extremely upset about this and want it rectified.
