Ordered my I Phone 5 16 GB Black beginning of Feb. Was promised by Lerato that it will be delivered within 10-14 days... still waiting. Phoned again today... still no stock? Why promise a service if it cannot be delivered? How long would I need to still wait..., and what will the excuse then be? Not even a courtesy call received? Why if stock a problem dont explain to customer on order?
Why is this deal still advertised if stock still a problem?
I have been with Vodacom for years & never experienced this type of service, maybe converting to Cell C was not such a good choice?
