On a daily basis I get about 9 calls from 084145, each time we answer it plays a song and then eventually hangs up. Today someone actually answered and I told them I never want to get a call from them again, they told me I had to phone 084140 and speak to another call centre to do that. I never asked for this to service so why should I go and hang on the line to get myself off the list. I told the lady I want to speak to her supervisor (Prince Ngwenya @ Parktown Call Centre) and she told me he would contact me within the hour, that was this morning and I've nort heard anything since (its now 4.53). I want my contract cancelled immediately as I've had about 9 calls per day for the last 3 weeks and this is harassment. I'm putting a stop on my debit order and I refuse to pay Cell C another cent as they clearly don't care about their clients!!!
