I am confused by MTN's Spam complaint reply

I log a complaint on 13 Feb 2013 regarding MTN nr 43911 spamming me. A reply from Montoa is :

Our subscriber terms and conditions do not make specific reference to content charges. MTN enters into contractual relationship with WASP's (Wireless Application Service Providers), and acts as an "enabler" to the WASP's by making the network platform available and providing a payment gateway.

In addition MTN requires that such WASP's be members of WASPA in an effort to bring about a self-regulatory measure. MTN does not have relationships with the content providers, they; however have direct relationships with the WASP who aggregates such content on their behalf.

. Are MTN telling me it is my problem that their partners and pack dogs break the law and spam me, and they are simply the channel, and therefore are not responsible.

Goodness me. Now I must contact them. So, I must do MTN's work for them.

How about you MTN tell your WASP partners to follow the law, and YOU follow it up with them.

MTN, my contract is with you, not with your bluddy WASPS.

The arrogance of this is unbelievable.
