Yet again i send an email. I have been alerted that I have been sent to DMC because of Cell C. As per my previous complaint that was not taken into consideration. We are now currently on 2013 and CellC decides that it is now relevant for them to contact me via DMC after 4 years of the end contract. No communication from Cell C did i receive in regards to them sending this account to DMC. I am currently unemployed as I have been out of the country for school. This contract was in arrears because of the activity that had taken place on it. No escalation or anything of the sort was done. I have been treated unfairly, and nobody was willing to help in this telecommunications industry. I will now take this up with icasa as my cry was not and is not heard with cell c and will take it further.
