I noticed that my credit of about R400 in the Ovi store which is Nokia's music store has disappeared.
On inquiry, I was told that credits expire after a period.
Interestingly enough this is the first time i am aware to my knowledge of being informed that it expired.
Interestingly enough I did not receive any warnings that it would expire beforehand either. Or that it has expired. If it had not gone to zero I may well not have even noticed the missing credit.
This is pure in my opinion and as i have already cut ties with Nokia phones I will cut ties with the music store as well as they promised to at least lodge a query to see if I could be re-credited.
and they wonder why customers leave!
