I just received the same problem as this one:

Music credit expired with no email or warnings. I am sure there was no expiry on the credit when I purchased it, so I don't see how they can later add an expiry, especially with no warning
In fact, Nokia Music haven't been emailing me purchase confirmations either despite this being in my settings.
