Since 8:30 this morning, I have been trying to get through to the repair centre, for my first call I was lucky and got through but the information that was given to me was incorrect, thereafter I made 7 calls and the duration of each call exceeded 30min but no one answered. It is now 13:30 and I haven't spoken to anyone as yet. On the 03/02/2013, I took my phone in to be repaired at Cell C Eastrand Mall and the gentlemen explained that my phone is still under warranty and it will be fixed. Today I received an sms stating I have to pay R632.93?? I have had a contract with Cell C for about 4 years now and have had no problem but now when my phone is faulty and needs to be fixed I have to deal with such hassels to actually speak to a consultant, I am highly frustrated because I am paying for a service it doesnt come for FREE... I need this resolved... I have been without a phone for the past 3 weeks now, this is bad service and totally unacceptable. Please can I have a response on this matter as I refuse to be subjected to this treatment. I am a paying customer and I deserve to be treated with some importance. Thank You.
