After getting a phone call from the manager assuring me that he would look into the matter and get back to me. well what do u know he never got back to me, its almost a month later, typical mtn service for you once again. Cant wait for my mtn contracts to end will never take out a mtn contract again. After sending the phone in to u guys FIVE times and it still comes back with the phones camera not working. OMW!!! five times and u never thought about changing the phone and u still expect me to pay for a broken phone every month. Some service mtn provides!!! If this is the service you get from the Richards bay branch i would be scared to see the service people got anywhere else!!! Really unacceptable...
