Paying for the contract thats i was wrong advised by a consultant, each time i see 8ta feel like vomiting, I WAS TOLD I WILL BE GETTING R130 AIRTIME AND PHONE FOR FREE, but never was i told that R130 WILL BE SPLITED TO PLAN THAT DOESN'T BENEFIT MY NEED, I EVEN LOST THE PHONE JUST PAYING FOR A SIMCARD NOW, am a call centre agent myself and this is not how to treat client by giving, sure calls are recored for quality and security purpose and a copy may be made availble once i settled my payment looking forward to take this with the Ombuds
