My mother's phone line got struck by lightning last week Thursday & she phoned on Friday, 8 Feb, to report it. She did not speak to anybody, because when you phone you have to press the corresponding buttons on your cell to lodge your complaint. She did receive 1 sms a couple of minutes after she lodged her complaint, with a reference number, 338CRZ080213. Nobody from Telkom contacted her in person to make arrangements to come & fix the line.
