Please assist me...

I have been calling the cell c legal team, and spoke to Kefuwe Lebakeng on two occasions. I must say, he was no help at all. I received a sms, from the collection team called, inquest, that I need to pay r1563. I have neva received any letter or statement during the time, to notify me as a customer that im owing money""I just received an sms, from the lawyers saying I must pay. I called the call Centre to explain to me how the amount came about, but nobody can give me answers.

I can not pay for an amount that I'm not aware of and certain about. Can Cell C please clarify or explain to me, how I was neva notified & why im owing so much money. I need answers.

i find it highly unfair that i should pay, but, was never notified all this time. i believe that as their customer at that time, they should have send me letters or statements to notify me. I assumed that i dont owe them anything, as i was advised in 2011, at the cell C outlet, in Jabulani mall, that i settled my account. i even paid manually to close the account, but only last week i received an sms, from Lwayers, saying that i must pay

I find their service highly appalling and incompetent.
