I have stil not been refunded for the two months that MTN has debited me for a added line that i did not ask for. I want my money back that MTN took from me. when is this going to happen. I dont even know if the added number has been cancelled. MTN responded and said i would be given feedback. Where is the feedback? i have to keep chasing up on this. Where is the customer service? I am a long standing customer. If i leave MTN, my whole family wil follow. what is happening MTN? REQ:1711344
