I had an Nashua Mobile account which I have settled and closed by September 2013 and moved to a prepaid account and this was all confirmed by the agent from Somerset Mall branch. After that I still got invoiced and I dealt with Birton Berries from customer care whom confirmed that it was a mistake from the branch and that it is all sorted out now. Yet I had to pay /-R480 last month which I swallowed as I was informed that it is all sorted now. I just received an e-mail with an invoice from Nashua Mobile for R661.27 which is absolute unacceptable an will not pay it as I can not afford a business lack of customer care. This will be sorted out now as I was friendly enough to accept their mistake at first. I can not accept being billed for an account that was settled in September that already costed me a large amount of money!!
