Hi I would really like to give a big thanks to the Cell C overport branch in Durban, they really went far and beyond to give excelent customer service. A big praise to Monica the manager and to Mohamed and Mark the two consultants that came and personally deliver my new samsung Galaxy Tab. That is customer service that you hardley get these days besides that when you go to the store they are always give you a warm welcome and they are always smiling not matter what. Thank you Cell C Overport branch for showing me that even though I had my ups and downs with the network there is still some people that provide excellent customer service.
