I think that CellC have automated responses to our complaints as I am still waiting since 29/01/2014 to talk to one of their consultants who was "going to phone me shortly and a SMS will was to be sent to me once my issue has been resolved". That was their automated message which was sent to me. I am still waiting 5 days later.
I am getting conflicting stories from the Repair Team. This service is truly pathetic. Wasting more time and energy trying to resolve this issue.
