This is now the 7th month Telkom mobile/8ta has failed to debit my account, every month they cut me off and I am forced to make a manual payment.
They have all my banking details,
What rubbish service, 7 months.
What do you people do all day.
I held up my side of the T&C's, your the one who is breaching the terms which may give me grounds to cancel.
And watch them reply with some generic response, "we thank you, we are looking into the matter, we will improve our service" Heard it before, this isn't my first complaint against 8ta.
Honestly, What a headache.
