3 weeks ago I submitted a fault with our internet being intermittent. I got a call the the next day and the gentleman said he'd call back later when I was home (which did not happen). The next day a lady called and concluded that she'd send out a technician to look at the problem. Its 3 weeks now that we've had the problem and nothing has yet been done. It disrupts the work that needs to be done. And now this is testing my patience. SO PLEASE FIX IT, AND FIX IT NOW!!
