My brother inlaw has been receiving a 25% discount on his ope plan bill. I have the same package and when I requested this everyone aeema dumb about it. I even have my brother inlaws bill as proof. He was given a free cordless phone aswell on his plan. Why am I being cheated. From the time I had the line installed I have queried this. My bill charges need to be discounted and a back dated credit I also want my free cordless phone. Stop cheating telkom.
