Good day,

I guess it all depends who is willing to help, after contacting MTN on several incidents and logging a complaint I then received a call from Koketso Mathabathe to follow up on my incident. She did not only follow up on incidents logged but also made sure that all is seen to. Today 28/01/2014 I received my phone. I know it is easy for us humans to complain whenever we experience bad service, even though the service I have most received from MTN is draining, but we also need to compliment for good service.

I give Koketso a 5/5 rate.
