I've requested a new service to be installed on 2014-01-10, and is still waiting. After countless emails I've sent, the service consultant by name Loueen Nzimande, simply does not reply to my emails, even though I do receive read receipts that my emails have been read. When I phoned now to follow up telephonically, I spoke to a Lungane Chese who was just as unhelpful is resolving this issue / putting me in contact with Loueen. Once again, this is after I had to pay for a service that I've never received and they've got my by the short and curly's. What to do, what to do??? Telkom = Helkom!!!
