BAD SERVICE AT ITS BEST

Moloi Plumbers decided to move our ADSL line from telkom to Mweb as they promised to give us less rates than telkom and premium attention, Darrius was the one who sold us the product as I followed up they told me he left MWEB and gave me a new person who will be my account manager Tony. From the 10th of january ive been complaining about this servise which they advised that i upgrade which now 110% regreat using MWEB due to this my office does not function since we needed to fix this we have been calling daily speaking to Camelita from the premium acc she then tranfered me to Relda who also never attended then Tony himself again who is suppose to be our account manager failing us again but never gave up as we needed this issue to be resolved which we then spoke to Mogomotsi from support but matters got worse as they all promise to call back with feedback but never do after holding for 20min on each occasion while calling Mweb. What frustrates me is they told me to call Telkom which Telkom responded positively with in a day they were here and showed that all is well in their side and they will charge me call out fee which i expect Mweb to attend to this fee including my 20min hold
