6 months ago I realized MTN never activated the data bundle on my account - I was paying for data from the first byte - after 4 months of fighting I received a cedit for that month but none for the subsequent months. Again I had to go to the service centre to try and resolve it - we pulled detailed statements for the prior year and realized this was happening for 24 months. This is now 30 months and still no resolve...
