Migration, false information, NO SERVICE!

I sent a complaint through about a week or more ago. After numerous calls with various consultants all contradicting themselves and one another and providing me with incorrect quotes and information and withholding certain hidden costs, and finally having a response after my last complaint on hello Peter a few consultants calling advising that I will not be charged the migration fee quoted and only charged for advanced gig package and bundles requested, I have now received my invoice reflecting none of this and a cost of R3896.12, even more than originally quoted, no credit as promised by 3 consultants!! This account is incorrect by approximately R3200! This company is committing and illegal service. I will be getting legal advice should this not be sorted out once and for all.

Could a COMPETENT manager call me to finalise this. I do not want to speak to anymore of the incompetent staff who know absolutely nothing about the product they're dealing with'
