I dont have a contract yet you debit my account

I dont have a contract with you, and never have. yet you have debited my account. please advise how this is possible? i have spoken to someone from the call centre who advised me to call somewhere else., you can call me after this. you have my money. i want this money deposited back into my account plus interest as you had no permission to take any of my money!!!
