An unauthorised debit order went through my account. When I called to enquire, I was informed that an additional contract was opened under my existing one without my knowledge. When requesting a refund, I was told I will be refunded within 21days but since then nothing has happened, they don't even call to give you feedback, they just make notes on their sides.you have to be the one making the effort. I am still waiting for my refund and they still haven't called me.they have extremely poor serviceand don't care about their customer.
