After 3 HelloPeter.com messages (without response) endless calls and begging; I am now willing to pay to get out of the contract with the worst company I've ever dealt with.
But once again I can't get hold of anyone at the retention department after 20 minutes of holding-on 3 separate times.
The Potchefstroom branch is of absolutely no help.
Don't make a massive mistake by joining MTN, rather go for the other service providers.
