On the 9th of January I logged a call to query the charges on my invoice. I was told that I was being charged for BIS. However, when I took the contract I was told that BIS is free. The person that took the call said he would cancel the current BIS and load the free BIS. He also logged a service call, Ref 53 04X18 8KXC3, to have the BIS fees refunded. I received an SMS confirming this however the BIS has not worked since then. I have phoned numerous times thereafter with promises of resolving the query and contacting me however this did not happen. On the 16th of January I called again and was given a new reference number and this query has still not been resolved!!

I am totally dissatisfied with the service received from Vodacom and have not had the decency of any feedback. I will not being using their service in the future!
