I Posted on hello peter 2 months ago and got a quick response, they called me once and I spoke to a man named derrick who was friendly and told me to send my cell in again if it comes back BER again they will supply me with a new phone, gave me a reference nr etc and that was the last I ever heard from him! I have called the nr he gave me reference number does not exist and they transfer me to everyone except derrick, I have wasted over R60 of my airtime and have gotten NO WHERE! I AM SICK AND TIRED of this now and if I don't get the help I DESERVE now I am cancelling all my debt orders they will not get another cent from me for my 4 contracts in till my phone is dealt with!!! shelly beach branch does not know what the is going on with anything they need to hire people who know what they doing or send them on training, because I get no help or feed back from them!
