Since I purchased an iphone5 I have had billing problems with Vodacom. In mid-December 2013 I lodged a dispute concerning an account. I am still waiting for feedback (from Maynard Abrahams of Vodacom CIC). As a result of the billing problems I had no phone service from mid-December until mid-January. In addition, I purchased a data bundle but they have yet to load it 20 days later!!!
I am fed up!!
