I handed in a Sony handset on 8 Dec 2013. brand new phone received in November 2013 as it is a new contract. the phone was handed in to check because it did not want to switch on but the charging light only does work. I was told 3 weeks I have been phoning since 7 Jan 2014 and I dont get any reply as to what is the problem or where the phone is. Ref 3107268. Now i am stuck with a MTN contract which i cant cancell due to poor services and not adhearing to all their service offers as to what they told you.
