No response despite multiple calls and escallation

I live in a rural area and am very dependant on Telkom communications particularly for family security. When our telephone lines were a while back Telkom said that they would not be replacing them and would instead provide us with a wireless phone. During the second half of last year we began getting automated messages that our our call limit had been reached for overseas calls. This was unusual since we have been making overseas calls for many years and in over 30 years have never once been late or defaulted on our Telkom account. When we called the call centre to have it recified the service began to deteriorate to what is now a a totally barred line with absolutely no service.

In a nutshell, after numerous calls to the call centre and two visits with the phone in hand to the Telkom shop 70 km away the phone line has been suspended. The accounts department say that the line active and the account is in good standing but the technical department say the service has been suspended but don't know why. Despite promises of feedback and two separate escallations on the web site there has been absolutely no feedback. Why am I being treated so badly? The number is 0399757692
