Cell c there no internet or the speed are very slow, when will Cell c provide and upgrade it Towers in Durban-Phoenix, areas need upgrading: Grove End, Stanmore, Eastberry, corngrove road, cell c need to Upgraded this areas to 4G Lte and also 3G, we have hsdpa but need 3g and 4G Lte will cell c include this
