Well im still waiting for cell c to get back to me and i have sent email to Headoffice and repair centre as well after my last hello peter response and this what cell c said:

TO EVER READ THIS NEVER TAKE A CELL C CONTRACT OR DEAL WITH A BUNCH OF SERIOUS NOW FROM LAST YEAR 12 NOVEMBER TILL DATE NO HELP JUST BOOK THE PHONE INN AND THEN SOME CALL U AND TALK AND NOTHING HAPPENS I MA NOT PAYING FOR THIS CONTRACT IT SERIOUSLY AND DONT REPLY IF YOU CANT HELP
