To whom this message gets to.
After finally receiving my ADSL line a month after first talking to the agent, it worked for a grand total of 5 days before the line went out. I tried logging a fault, but was told the system showed that my line was "under construction".
Yesterday, I received a bill from Telkom for 2 full months of service, while only having 5 days (the second month is for now until February). The service has not been delivered, yet they still expect me to pay after I could not log a fault?
