Not delivering as promised

My mother-in-law applied for 2 contracts yesterday and the lady said it should be approved yesterday already by close of business. We phoned and went there a few times as we were on our way to Cape Town and needed this contract to be approved asap. It was not yet approved and when we phoned this morning no one is answering the phone. There was a period where the line was busy which means the phone is in use and the number does work, but no one answers incoming calls and the mailbox is full, so we cannot leave a message. We even contacted the manager who also agreed that the contract should be approved yesterday, but to no luck. Why does it takes so long?? I went for an 8ta contract a few months ago at after 08:00pm at Canal Walk and it was approved within an half an hour!! Are your head office becoming lazy, because there are many other networks we can go to!!!
