I have never seen such incompetence in my entire life; Nahsua mobile just and that is the bottom line.. they go around giggling that they save customer time and money and that is all just rubbish that they have no clue of how to live up to.. I have been trying to get my refund out of these for over two weeks now and it is the same story every day..
To make things worse the make me hold for periods of 30 minutes at a time only to have the phone dropped on me and no decency to call me back.. Each time I get the promise thatmoney will be in my account yet it is still not here..
I do not know why people still do business with you.. you have no sense of appreciation for customers whatsoever.. then you have that joke of a service on twitter, those people are just as useless as everyone else at Nashua Mobile - in three days they have not been able to do a single thimng, not even the least provide meaningful feedback.. how useless can a bunch of people be really... I am truly disgusted and I hope others can also see that you are just good for nothing, a bunch of liars that just keep wasting me time, money and everyuthing else.. Srew you all!!
