I recently applied for a line transferral from one adress to another. This has not happened yet because they phone the incorrect number contantly. I phoned the support number 4 times to change the contact number. apparently they did change it to my number, but they still phone the incorrect number. The agents I speak to on the phone have no clue what to do and keep on transferring me to the next rude and incompetent agent. I am at my wit's end.
The very sad thing is that I can not change service providers. Telkom has the monopoly.
