Dismal coustomer care

I have a mobile contract (contract number phone:0846201899) with Nashua Mobile for the past 2 years. I have recently upgraded my contract and was suppose 2 get 1 Gig of Data every month. I have not received this data for the second month running. I've being contacting the Galleria Shopping Mall branch for the past 3 days and have spoken to 3 different consultants who all promised call backs regarding my issue but to no avail. One would think that due to the number of clients visiting the store that these consultants would be busy, but that's just a fantasy. I happen to be @ the Galleria Shopping Mall yesterday but didn't have the time to visit the store due to personal reasons. I did however walk pass the store which was only filled with employees of the store hence there uniforms. Calles made to the Branch were on the 2nd, 3rd again Monday where there was no answer and yesterday when I was promised feedback once again. To date there has been no Data Received!
