After upgrading I went to a lot of trouble to ensure that Nashua will not incorrectly charge me, as I've become used to them not being very good at administration. Charging you when they shouldn't is one of their strong points. This entailed me confirming telephonically and in writing numerous times, but alas I was over billed anyway.
When enquiring it the consultant admitted to the mistake, but Nashua refused to pay the money over to my account and insisted that instead a credit will be passed. To arrange this took me 2 HOURS on the phone at my expense (they tell you it's a share call number so you have to buck up, but it's not share call from a cell phone... very convenient for them not to reimburse you...)
But true to their nature, come month end the credit was not passed.
I'vebeen holding another 17 minutes right now, and no end in sight.
How come I need to always pay on time, but when I require service none is available??
