Cancellation

I have sent my cancellation form through, it was confirmed via email that it was received but I can not be sent proof of this as I can not be sent internal communication. I was told that someone from retentions will contact me, no one has contacted me. So by reading a few hello peter complaints I am almost positive that I am going to get a bill for January right, even though my contract should have ended 31 December 2013... Can someone from your retentions please contact me to confirm my cancellation!
