On 19 December 2013 I was on a telephone call when the line went down. I immediately called theTelkom call centre and was advised by a lady by the name of Mary that there was a fault on the line and provided with reference 698CRK191213. To date the line has not been fixed. I have made several follow ups and have received contradictory information. One consulttant advised that all technicians are on leave and will be back on the 7th of January, another put me through to a technician who apologised and confirmed he would come out shortly. For an organistion such as Telkom not to beable to remedy the situation in less than 72 hours is despicable!
