How long must i wait?

I have been trying to migrate to a higher contract for over 3 months now with no success. I am sick and tired of waiting, i can not physically understand how you guys can be so oblivious to the fact that i want to start spending more money every month with you but yet you seem not to care. I want feedback by the end of today or im cancelling my contract and no it isn't just a threat, i think after 3 months you'd also be pretty sick of trying
